Marketing Coordinator

BoxLunch is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide support in the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate has a firm grasp of marketing fundamentals, is critical thinker with a passion for pop culture and an interest in philanthropy. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Place orders for promotional signage and replenishment of existing marketing collateral
  • Manage inventory levels of marketing collateral to support the needs of new and existing stores
  • Manage signage requests and budget
  • Manage all marketing purchase order requests
  • Work in tandem with the Planning and Creative departments to manage digital promotions and signage
  • Coordinate and execute new store opening marketing events and collateral
  • Review mall-based marketing opportunities and provide support for approved opportunities
  • Manage new store lists
  • Update and maintain the marketing calendar
  • Engage with giving partners to provide quarterly giving reports and coordinate quarterly volunteer events
  • Draft creative briefs
  • Create marketing campaign recaps
  • Maintain brand marketing materials
  • Provide additional support during special events
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Additional tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • 1-2 Years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment, apparel, or licensing
  • Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, detail oriented
  • Confident, but able to ask for assistance when uncertain
  • Ability to multi-task, managing a variety of initiatives / issues simultaneously
  • Ability to project manage and capable of meeting deadlines and dealing with time constraints
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships, be flexible/adaptable, able to collaborate
  • Resourceful, innovative and responsive to change
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Keynote)
  • Should be solution oriented and a critical thinker
